Ask us a question
01How much does counselling cost?

Individual sessions are $160 for 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are $180 for 50 minutes.

02Does my benefits plan cover counselling?

Coverage varies by plan. Check whether your plan includes a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), as some plans cover only social workers or psychologists.

03Do you offer direct billing?

An RCC is a master’s-level counsellor registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and accountable to its professional and ethical standards.

It depends on what brings you in and the goals you set. After your first session, your counsellor can offer a more informed estimate and plan the pace with you.

06What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when changing an appointment. With less than 24 hours’ notice, an $80 fee applies.
