Practical answers
Fees, insurance receipts, online vs in person, accessibility, and how Jane booking works — without the runaround.
Individual counselling is typically $160 for 60 minutes (in person or online). Couples sessions are $180 for 60 minutes and $270 for 90 minutes. Exact treatments appear in Jane when you book.
We do not offer direct billing options at this time. For private extended-health plans we issue a receipt you submit for reimbursement (RCC). Check your benefits booklet for coverage details.
Many extended health plans cover Registered Clinical Counsellors. Check your booklet for “RCC,” “clinical counsellor,” or similar language, then keep your receipt.
Both are available. Choose in person at Maple Ridge or Coquitlam when you want the office setting; choose online when travel, childcare, energy, or schedule make that easier. Same clinicians, same Jane booking.
